Madden 26 Wish List: What Players Want to See

Hello, Madden fans! If you’re anything like me, anticipation for Madden 26 is already building up, and with that excitement comes a desire to see some much-needed improvements and features added to the game. As we eagerly wait for its release and look for ways to enhance our gameplay experience, many players are searching to buy Madden 26 coins to give themselves an edge. Today, I’m sharing my Madden 26 wish list. These are features, adjustments, and modes that I and many players would love to experience in the upcoming installment of the franchise. Let’s dive in!

1. Competitive Pass and Ranked Seasons

The competitive pass was a feature that players felt was underwhelming in Madden 24, but it’s time to bring it back with enhancements. I suggest implementing a two-pronged system that combines the competitive pass with head-to-head ranked play. This structure would provide players with more rewards and give them additional goals to work towards, increasing engagement across both online modes. By having more tasks to complete daily, players would enjoy a consistent grind while keeping it exciting!

2. More Long-Term Grind Features

One feature that has been sorely missed over the years is the MUT Master. These long-term objectives provided players a sense of progression and something to strive for throughout the entire game cycle. Bringing back MUT Masters or an equivalent system would keep players engaged longer. Imagine if EA introduced long-term objectives that you could start in August and work toward well into the following year. That kind of grind would be a fantastic way to keep players active in the game.

3. Improved Pack Offerings

Let’s talk about packs—this year has not been kind to players in that department. Here’s a breakdown of the changes I would like to see:

· Step-Up Offers: Rework these or eliminate them entirely. They often detract from the new promos, making them feel less rewarding.

· Affordable Packs: We need cheap and fun packs to rip. The joy of opening packs shouldn’t come with an overwhelming price tag. Packs like the “Get a Player” or “Pro Packs” that were fun and affordable should make a comeback.

· Training Variety Packs: These should be available from day one. They add an exciting layer to the game that can keep things fresh and interesting.

4. Long-Term Offline Grind

While online modes are often the focus, offline modes need attention too. The Ultimate Solo Seasons concept was intriguing but has not been updated significantly. An expansion on replayable modes with evolving rewards, player items, and unique challenges would vastly improve the offline experience.

5. Revival of OG Mud Drafts

Mud Drafts used to be a memorable part of the series, allowing players to test out new cards without risk. I would love to see the OG Mud Drafts return, complete with regular updates to ensure fresh content. Players could enjoy a break from the grind while still earning rewards through skillful play.

6. Showtime Showdown or Similar Event

One of the standout features from Madden 25 was the Showtime Showdown, which brought fresh, rewarding modes to House Rules. A similar concept or options to play various limited-time modes on demand could rejuvenate interest in competitive gameplay. As much as I enjoy specific house rules, having a rotating selection allows players to engage with modes they love consistently.

7. Reassessment of 6v6 Mode

The 6v6 mode currently seems lackluster and could be culled if it doesn’t add meaningful gameplay options or rewards. If EA wants to invest in this mode, they should ensure it has more substantial rewards worth pursuing.

8. Fresh Gameplay Abilities

Lastly, the gameplay needs a refresh. Abilities can become stale over time, so I recommend reworking existing abilities and introducing new ones to give players more strategic options. Emulating successes from other games, like the constant updates to 2K's badge system, would keep Madden feeling fresh and exciting year after year.

Conclusion

And there you have it! That concludes my Madden 26 wish list. While Madden 25 has its strengths, there are plenty of opportunities for improvement moving forward. As we get closer to the release of Madden 26, I’m hopeful that EA will take player feedback into account and make meaningful changes. For those looking to enhance their team right from the start, it might be a good idea to buy mut 26 coins to build a competitive roster. Until next time, keep grinding and enjoying your Madden experience!
